What kinds of payment are accepted?

At this time, we accept payment via Paypal (both Paypal account and Credit Card) which is one of the most secured online payment gateway in order for you to make payment through internet.

How secure is my personal information?

Your personal information will definitely secure. We will, however, use commercially reasonable security practices to ensure that your personal information is kept confidential and secure, and that the appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unlawful or accidental destruction, accidental loss, unauthorized disclosure or access or other unlawful forms of processing are implemented. We may share your information with our legally affiliated entities. If we are merged, or in the event of a transfer of our assets, Site or operations, we may disclose or transfer your personal information in connection with such transaction.

Do you accept returns?

We gladly accept returns for unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, currently we are shipping within the US only. 

 Do you restock items that are sold out?

Absolutely, we do restock most of our items. If you see any items that have not been yet restocked for a long time, simply alert us by emailing us at [email protected] 

How do I track my order?

Creating a customer account with us is always a good idea! You can log in and view your orders and tracking numbers at any time. Whether you created an account or checked out as a guest you should’ve received a shipping confirmation email with tracking. If you did not receive it contact us at [email protected]

I’ve not received my order, what should I do?

If you have not received your order, then please contact us at [email protected] and we will work to correct the problem as soon as possible.

How can I track my shipment?

Once we have shipped out your order you will receive a shipment confirmation email including a USPS tracking number. Click the tracking number to link to the order’s shipment status. However, USPS can take a few hours from the point of scanning in the package for it to update online. Then please wait for a bit to have your tracking number available. 

I never received a confirmation email for my order but I thought I placed it. What is the status of my order?

If you did not receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order that means we did not receive your order. Your payment more than likely was not accepted. 

I keep trying to order but am not getting an email confirmation. When I check my bank account it shows I was charged. Did you receive my order?

No. Your order was not received by us. What you see on your bank account is a pre authorization that will go away soon. Reasons for this happening are usually associated with your payment not being accepted. Your bank may flag it as fraud to protect you. Other common reasons are if your billing address you’re entering on our website doesn’t match what the bank has on file for you, common when you’ve moved. You’ll know your order was successful and payment was received only when you get an email confirmation for the order.

How much is the shipping cost ? 

Generally speaking, the total shipping cost will depend on the following factors: 

The shipment method you choose (we offer USPS First Class Package: $4.99)

The destination country that the package ships to;

The number of items you order, as well as the total weight and volume (size) of the package.

Our advice is to log in to your account, add the items to your cart and then view the shipping fee which will be automatically calculated and displayed.
