- We offer worldwide shipping via Canada Post (Rates can be estimated from within the shopping cart).
- All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of being received.
- Orders to both Canada and the United States are shipped via Canada Post and USPS. A private courier may be used within the Metro Vancouver area for faster delivery.
- All shipped orders are packaged appropriately, so they will not be damaged while shipping.

Vansterdam Clothing will gladly return or exchange item(s) received if we are notified of the problem within 28 days (4 weeks) of the date of shipment. The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and not damaged. For free shipping orders, in the case of returned or exchanged clothing, the customer will be responsible for a $5 CAD shipping charge to reimburse the original shipment. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.
